They look very nice indeed. One or two of the cut-offs look as if they might be non-widescreen friendly though. Are they?

Whoah, how the hell did I miss this? This looks really promising!

Also, nice to see those scientist sprites actually being edited by someone else. Cheers.

Though, if I may be so bold, it might be an idea to remove the orange drool from their mouths. as they look like they are about to turn.

Keep up the good work and those weapon sprites look ace too.

Hellstorm Archon have done a really and awesome work at making these weapons. I am still currently scripting those weapon's function into the game. Few of of these weapons Hellstorm Archon made will be upgrades of few current ones i already had before the "come back", some other made from Hellstorm Archon will be current ones without upgrades.

I started understanding lately the power of the decorate's full fitness at it's top... it is pretty easy to make something twisted and wonderful at the same time.

scalliano, there is your femele scientist inside the game :) credits added.


I haven't updated anything since january, so here a single screenshot from doom builder of a special room with a 3d bridge and other 3d floors as decors... this is still under work, it's missing shadows and ugly things driping from the ceiling.

Aright, its been awhile i have not posted any updates here. I have had a problem lately with my video card, it fried completly to death... rip to my friend Asus Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT 1gb, you gave me plenty of fun for the last 6 years of gaming.
This made my level designing a huge problem also, i couldn't use properly doom builder 2 on my gaming computer. Had to design with my laptop and it was running very slow as hell with larger room and 3D stuff.

This is now my new video card i ordered 3 weeks ago, i was happy to get it this week, too sad i had to head to my job when i received it and wait for the night. Asus Nvidia Geforce 640 GT 2GB. I can now start working back on the maps without any problem anymore.

A huge tech room with energy reactor... still underwork.

The red reactor's 3D floor 2 metal plate are animated and moving with his random timed speed up and down, making spark and flash all around.
Force shielded window can be seen all around any reactor.

I hav not added any voxel yet on my screenshot. It seem i hav not yet figured or they work properly. But there will be some addition soon into the project.
I might need some help with voxel to be honest, if anyone are willing to help me out to understand them.

As i said yesterday, i am spending much more time this week on the game with this new video card. I did lost some precious time over the month without it. Time to pay back this misfortuned event.

New addition into the game, i feel some area are a little overpowered and i cannot place medkits everywhere in every corners... and this game plays in 2999... i think medkits are kinda outdated.

Hub 2 - Experiment when wrong!

Heres some screeny of hub 2 underwork. Experimental demon gone wild in the station. Also there are some hellish driping crap coming out of many walls and stuck on the floors.
Gibs and guts and gore everywhere. Bloody painted walls.

There isn't only experimental demon that wake up in the station, something darker did too. Whole station is all screwed up, water filled room, fires...

We can see the first set of weapons used here too. Upgraded and higher weaponry made from Hellstorm Archon are going to be used in this hub.

I can spend about a whole week just redoing a single room to add more design and detail.
It is long and hard doing much of this alone.

I should try to upload a video of a part of the first hub's gameplay.
If you liked the old Hali-Life game, this will most likely look like it on the first hub. Do some search around, do mission and explore, get new arsenal. Hub 2 and hub 3 are going to be much like Quake 4's style, packed with monsters and ally (your ship's team) which are following you in few ares helping you on some mission... This was hard to script with both decorate and acs.

Update: 09-08-2013

A small quick update of the game's 2nd hub, the whole space station is all screwed up by the experiment that went wrong. Some rooms are either fully flooded of partialy.
Still underwork, current screenshot shows misaligned texture. And few misplaced 3D Floors for water environments.
