I have not started to improve and the Satyr gibs yet. However though i am going to show all of you what i mean by needs improvement

Wow, you're on a spriting-spree
I agree that the satyr legs could need a little more work, especially in the 5th and 6th frame!
It looks nice though, as well as the others you posted...
btw, may I steal the Diabloist's new death and maybe modify it a little? Of course credit will be given to you and Icytux for the base!

What setting did you have you gradient map to tan the BFG zombie? Also you almost done with the improved back? That is all that is needed to finish up the BFG Zombie. credit of course will be given out to you and scalliano when this son of a bitch is done and posted on realms 667. Here is the rest
About gradient maps, I have predefined gradient that copies human skin color generaly used in DooM (I made it some time age when I was trying some recolors of Baron). It contains almost exact colors from DooM palette so when converting from RGB to DooM palette it almost doesnt change. I just needed to adjust the gradient for this exact case since the source was very bright.
I will do the tutorial how to use gradient maps for recoloring later. Right now I need to work on my comics that have to be done by the end of this month.
