Is there an add-on that replaces all the decorations Of Doom with the Brutal versions like candles and stuff out there by chance or something with similar lighting effects?

With a little effort you can just do it yourself. All you need is SLADE.

I have another texture that's just leaves for use as a flat, and a texture that completes the top of the leave texture in this sheet somewhere. I'll see if I can track those down for you.
