Being an avid fan of urban-flavored Doom maps, I greatly look forward to playing around in your city.

I always wanted to make a decent city map, especially since I live in NY. I always hated the doom2 city maps because the engine can totally handle a nicer urban area. I think I may fill it with actors that steal from you, and possibly trannie prostitutes with chains....not to mention a decent sized homeless population.

Lol. It may not be the best thing to kill the hobos in this game....atleast some of them. It depends on the politics of this future city- its not exactly our America. Besides, America kills hobos everyday.

That was actually a reference to Kinsie's Night Of The Homeless wad. Good stuff.

Does this use an all-new palette? Because it really deserves one. (That and I'm sick of seeing the DooM palette everywhere. YES YOU, CHEX QUEST.)

I was thinking about doing that, but decided on the Doom palette since I use it for everything else anyway. I colored my whole comicbook with an extended Doom palette. The funny thing about this project is that it was only supposed to be a small graphics wad with a simple dehacked patch, to be run in PRBOOM. Then it kept growing and growing. I think I started this in 2007 or so, and I must have re-done everything 5 times over. Its a damned monster.

Hmm, I don't know if it's harmful but you can try changing the 'Esso' logo, since the company really exist (embedded marketing?).

I know its still around. I'll most likely change it later, otherwise, I don't think my dinky little wad is going to grab anyone' s attention, lol.

Edit: I just realized every youtube video of this project is gone and will assume this is dead?

I'm assuming it is, for now, especially since this thread has been untouched for about 15 months.
