Well, even though it's true, the way and aspect in which the map changes makes it one hell of a trip. Making the level morph itself into several versions is quite ingenious. Actually, i've never seen it done to such an extent.

Yeah, and I've enjoyed playing it, too :)

Yes, this was very well pulled off.
New weapons, CHECK!
New enemies, CHECK!
Creative new theme, CHECK!
Custom HUD, CHECK!
HOLYSHIT, THIS IS ALL ONE MAP?!!!!1/, CHECK++!

Very well pulled off, though with ALL the enemies attacking you at times and ALL the spent shells/stuff, I found that it became VERY slow for me at times... That, and the font is difficult to read.

Since I'm addicted to difficulty I must add - worked like a charm.

Argh, I could barely play it on my system. :(

AMD Athlon 1.6GHz
512 MB RAM
GeForce 4 MX

It runs at like 1 FPS!

Why does it run so slow? Very complex scripting? High level detail (too many sectors/linedefs)? (BTW I couldn't tell if the level is high-detail or not; ran WAAAAY too slow!) Or is it too many high res textures?

Nice graphics though! Wish I could play it...

Interesting! I didn't have much trouble with it running with nothing happening
(I have a 1.6Ghz AXP, 512RAM, and a Radeon AIW 8500, but that isn't included in the computational algorithm, methinks)
The only time I have troubles is when the bullets begin to fly, since spent shells are spawned as actors, and you know what happens when a LOT of actors are both:
A) being spawned (and bouncing AND creating sounds... oysh)
B) being removed

Killing the res down to 320x240 made it run smoother than diarrhea (sick analogy, eh? :P) but I couldn't read a damn thing onscreen.

Turn off AMD Cool 'n Quiet? ZDoom(GL) hates my system when that's enabled. Don't think it's a problem on ZDoom's side, though.

Yah, I've never heard of this 'Cool 'n Quiet'... Never seen anything as such running on my computer, either, so that ain't the problem...

the hud is cluttered as hell, especially with your first weapon. other than that, i can't say i've had a run thats lasted longer than 20 seconds before i've gottten killed. This is fucking hard.

Didn't have a problem reading the hud. And 20 seconds means your skill is not enough (I suppose you played UV). It's hard but not that hard. Try HMP. Or HNTR even.

Hmm, maybe Cool 'n Quiet is only for Athlon64 processors. Basically it throttles the system speeds when it's not doing anything, but for some reason it doesn't set the speed back to full when ZDoom(GL) is running.

Really? Hmmm, I think I should disable that then... might be responsible for a few problems.

Not sure if it is just a 64bit thing (which I do have) but it's set in the bios. Your board will say if it has it or not.
