I noticed something interesting about the model disagreement in newer versions of GZDoom that you mentioned (At least, in my case), Freddy's glitched out but Bonnie and Chica look fine. Is there something you did differently with Freddy that could be causing that?

Importing the MD2 into Blender and exporting it again even seems to fix the problem, although for some reason Blender has opted to render out a ton of unnecessary frames, inflating the file size unnecessarily and I also noticed it messed with the UV mapping a bit.

If you don't feel like spending money on Doom, you can try Freedoom instead.

You already have those links.

The first post has a link to the mod and to GZDoom.
wildweasel gave you a link to FreeDoom (you'll need Phase 1 I think).

You've also been given links for instructions on how to set up ZDoom.

Basically, it should just come down to installing everything by unzipping it all into the same directory, making sure that the FreeDoom WAD has been named doom.wad (rename freedoom1.wad to doom.wad) then running one of the bat files that come with the mod.

When you have installed all the files it should look something like this:

Then double click FNAF-Host.bat

Remember to set your preferences, screen resolution, mouse look, key binds etc, then you should be good to go.

since I'm not from America, i'm not entirely sure what this is all about, but it looks impressive! those models are great.
