I've think I may have seen a video of Francium being put in water, but then again, given its rarity, radioactive nature and relatively short half-life, maybe not. I know that Caesium isn't anything like as explosive as people think. It does go up with a fair old bang and can easily break its container but don't be fooled by the piece of nonsense that was broadcast on the TV show "Brainiacs" if you have seen it. That was faked. They apparently did a genuine run but the explosion wasn't dramatic enough for TV so they set their own charges and blew up the bath of water using explosives. You can see the wire running to the bath if you look closely. The TV company has gone on record as admitting the fake and apologising for it.

There is a reason why. On Brainiac, Richard Hammond said he didn't know but mentioned legality issues. It's not the gigantic explosion (that they faked) that's illegal, but rather the fact fancium is RADIOACTIVE.

Which just makes me want to see it even more. Will it be like a mini H Bomb?

I highly doubt it's going to be a mini Hydrogen bomb. I think most likely it would be moreso towards a grenade, considering Caesium merely broke the container.
