That is the same point I made when somebody was acting as if there couldn't be a version 2.0.100 before 2.1.0... :?

This is probably due to the ENTER script bugs.

@randy, could you undo your "Fix" for single player netdemo's because its making them desync, atleast the old way worked. Thanks

You shouldn't expect a programmer to make the demos recorded with previous versions compatible with later versions. It would be a waste of effort. If you enjoy the demo, keep a copy of the older version in another folder for it. It's all you can do.

Edit: d'oh! nvm.

Correct HotWax, sp co-op demo's recorded in 2.1.6 fail to playback in 2.1.6

Hmm, I'm going to sneak a demo-related feature request in real quick:

Could the demo file have version information in it so you can know what version to run it with?

Demos == :puke:

A TITLEMAP can be superior to a demo if some clever ACS is used.

BTW, there is nothing about TITLEMAP in the wiki... I wouldn't even know about it if I hadn't read some changelog somewhere.

Alright then, here's the basics. Now add or subtract as needed.

You can't possibly recreate the human-controlled Doomguy behaviour in ACS. :roll:
