The download stopped after 186 MB. The complete file should be about 230 MB.

EDIT: Tried again and it failed. With a download speed of 30 KB/sec, I'm not wasting anymore time with this. There are two files included in the zip (DoomHDv03.pk3 and zdoom-dhtp-20121229.pk3) that probably aren't even needed to run the mod, and both can be downloaded separately. Without those two files the zip would be reduced to about 75 MB in size.

EDIT2: WinRAR couldn't repair the broken zip, but 7-Zip was able to extract the main files (bdv19LightBeta.pk3 and RO_pb_2.3.pk3). Both files are good.

Download: RO_2.3_with_BD_light_0.19.zip

Downloads for DoomHDv03.pk3 and zdoom-dhtp-20121229.pk3 if they're needed:
