i recommend to use photoshop or pixlr to stretch something.

i used pixlr's free transform and voila. what kind of tool you've used from photoshop?

Standart selection tool + free transform.

there is here in taggart mod http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=36448 there is a zombieman with shotgunguy head and shotgunguy with zombieman head but with the hair color changed to brown from the green and also the doom guy helmet head and another doom guy helmet head that is little broken with little blood, i took them to self use as just random replaces for the zombieman and the shotgunguy that function as the original zombieman and shotgunguy from the game unedited , also take look here on davidg shotgunguy to zombieman and zombieman to shotgunguy yes they got the weapons switched! and he did changes to the aim and fire sprites so the faces fit, really awesome and its cool and pretty funny and can confuse ingame http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f= ... &start=390
