To be honest except completely-unsimilar-to-doom-demon's face it mostly looks like some Hq2x-scaled sprite to me, maybe with a few lighting gradients :/

You do realize "Dimebag" is itself a reference, right? A dime bag is a $10 bag of marijuana. "Dimebag Arms" is a really, really odd name for a weapons manufacturer.

I did not know that, but it kind of fits with Brownstone's rifle, since I'm pretty sure that Mr.Brownstone is slang for heroine.
