Holy crap, someone who hates Suspended in Dusk?!?
Guess that rubbed off the wrong way.
I would still only recommend Equinox and Scythe 2, however, suggestions such as the Memento Mori, Alien Vendetta, Eternal Doom, Hell Revealed are all very, frickin'
dull wads that I have not enjoyed playing any, they were not interesting in any way, shape or form. The two I listed seemed to be the only ones that were interesting to any degree. I gave a quick play through of SiD after that, but it didn't catch my interest yet - still seemed dull at first. Perhaps it shapes up better later on, but I don't really frickin' know.

The Darkening 1 + 2 - especially 2. It's amazing that this is still vanilla compatible.

I agree about Eternal being extremely dull, but I find Memento Mori series, Requiem, Hell Revealed series and Alien Vendetta highly enjoyable - on survival-coop mode.
I could not bring myself to play through these in single player though

1monster is a good one, though the gameplay is a bit odd sometimes.

it works fine, but map30 isn't as hard though
HR2 was
made for vanilla, and how is it not as hard?
because on vanilla doom, it will only allow 1 bosseye to work, not 5 or something like that
(tried in gldoom and doom95)
