As Enjay and Grimm suggested; try to extend the graphic by drawing the empty parts. It shouldn't be too difficult. If you're absolutely clueless on where to begin, try copy and pasting the arm repeatedly to extend the shape, then work on the seams and the extensions to make it not look obviously copy-pasted.
, particularly within the confines of MS Paint. It ought to be relatively straightforward.
