only guy who got that puzzle right on the first (few) try (tries)?

Before I tried to play TNT: Evilution without cheating, I used the fly cheat to beat that puzzle.

I did beat it...after all, I got to the other side, right?

Before I tried to play Doom without cheating, I used the kill monsters cheat to beat the levels.

I did beat it...after all, I got to the exit, right?

I saw the candles and worked it out after blindly running across failed, but it was still an annoying puzzle, as sometimes it took a few different tries to make sure you wasn't messing it up, and sometimes you had possible choices that might not work because the one after was incorrect.

I solved the puzzle without cheating once, I don't remember how I did it but it sure as hell took me a few tries.

That puzzle brought back bad memories of the tile puzzle in the Egypt level of Goldeneye. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I solved that puzzle in less than one hour the first time I played TNT!

That was not a trial and error puzzle.
It seemed quite obvious to me.

When I reached that level, I got a little frustrated because I kept dying in that thing, however, after a few tries (and restarting the level) i noticed the peculiar torches placement in the start, so I figured it.
Now, frustrating puzzles? Hexen2 with the 9 ra's eyes in the floor. A "puzzle" that randomly changes every 3 tries? That's one of the very few scenes in a game where I cheated before finishing the game (that's how i usually do it, i finish the game without even testing the cheats,in that way I dont spoil anything. Once beaten, i test cheats and use them sometimes in order to make things either easier or shorter, or for plain mindless fun).

That time, my cousin cheated.

While I watched him play the game, he got frustrated everytime he entered the room. So he used the internet for answers and he beated the puzzle. I made sure to record the movements in my head, and I got it right the first try when I played myself.

Boy, that puzzle sure was easy, I wonder why.
