So all you can write about are negatives and nothing more?

Yeah... I don't need your critique.

I think it looks good, although a little work could be done to make the back look less like a brain. Brilliant work aside from that though.

So he's not allowed to point out a flaw in the sprite?

How are you going to improve anything if nobody is allowed to "write about the negatives"? Do you just want people to go "nice work" on everything you make without saying what can be improved? :?

Oh, and "no things to talk about" probably means that "there's nothing else wrong with it", meaning that you got pissed at him for literally no reason.

K, I've seen places for argument about how to respond to someone and this isn't exactly one to get your pantsu in a bunch about. Everyone who creates is tired of what they see as purely negative criticism, whether it was there or not. He managed to be civil about it so please don't make this bigger than it was in the first place.

Like it was tense, but that's far from hostile.

Tell me where I implied anything along the lines of

"nobody is allowed to "write about the negatives"?"

Because I certainly did not. Don't put words in my statements that projects it as a disproportionate response, because that's not what my intended message conveys.

Second of all:
Do you just want people to go "nice work" on everything you make without saying what can be improved?
I take critique just fine. Just not those ones which aren't really related to the sprite itself but the design choices (the ones I already declared in when I claimed "My Take" on them). Making changes on color, proportionality and appropriateness are not the same as altering conscious design choices (regardless of whether they were made due to limitations or not).

In this case, I'm already aware of how much my version deviates from the original, so I don't need to be reminded about that in the form of a critique, given that I already stated it in my previous post.
Oh, and "no things to talk about" probably means that "there's nothing else wrong with it", meaning that you got pissed at him for literally no reason.
Probably, being the key word here. I may have misinterpreted what I read from his post, but then again, I keep forgetting that English isn't his first language.

However, my point stands.
