The one thing I can foresee being wrong with it is that there's not enough graphic "below the line" - the weapon may appear very small in game. This is sort of subjective, though; I'm the sort of person that likes to put as much of the weapon on screen as I can fit, but some others don't tend to like that...
Yeah, I realized that very late, I opened Slade and checked this time, now it should look more decent:
I don't like the middle position though, I will edit that later. And yeah, missing hands I know. Now, the lighting, less dark, less white, is good enough?

That looks quite nice, but it could use some very slight antialiasing.

Probably just me, but the one with looks kind of washed out.

Hmm, maybe I'm doing something wrong when I re-size the image, I use nearest-neighbor, I always use that because pixels are good. How about if I upload the image with no re-size?

I use "smart size" (also occasionally called Lancszos, depending on your graphics program) to size it down to Doom size, then trim the edges manually. This makes the "inside" of the sprite look cleaner and less jagged. There's no "quick and easy" way to remove the edges, though.

If the similar incident with Brutal Doom is any indication, the second one is going to result in a massive shitstorm (especially since that one's actually part of the map and visible to the player, instead of just a comment in the code).

You might have to make some things a bit more shiny when you're rendering it antialiased, but it definitely looks a lot cleaner with it on.

Yeah, but do you know how popular Brutal Doom is?
I'll change it eventually, some time before I release it that is.

Here is something I'm on. Originally for Diaz V3, but I'm starting to realize it probably won't fit in, so to the Works Vol. 2 it goes!

It's like some hand-held chaingun thing. It's nowhere near finished, so it's a bit rough...but it's getting there!
Nice.

Though the chaingun part seems to be angled upward compared to the rest of it. Perhaps squashing that part of it down just a bit would correct the perspective issue there.
