Important note: I've moved the deadline from 26th next week to 27th! Reason for that is because some people may work on Saturdays and may not have much free time that day.

So it's going to be a megawad now, huh?

Anyways, I decided to give my map more love, so here's an update:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/54t49z5lq ... GOTH20.wad

Map Name: Lava Pits
Music: "Nagomi Passage" from Unreal
Slot: Any
Format: UDMF
Extra notes: This time with ammo and health pickups, as well as a new sky and a chainsaw.

Made a poll. Some users have been unable to participate due to tight schedule. I know this is a small project, but I feel like 11 days is not enough for busy people. The poll's aim is to decide whether I should push the deadline or not. It'll run for 4 days.

Can I reserve MAP31 for my map? I want to make a Wolfenstein-like map for this challenge.

If we don't end up with 32 unique competitors, could I maybe do MAP32? I have an interesting idea in mind.

You can do multiple maps if you want. There is no limit anymore. And sure, but I'm not gonna write your name on the list unless you're very sure you'll make the map. Otherwise I'm cutting off people who'd like to take that slot and deliver 100%.

Damn right! Gonna take some time, though, and I'll most likely extend the deadline to 11.12.2016. (dd/mm/yy. Europe stuff.)

EDIT: 32+...hmm, maybe not yet. We'll see. 32 for sure, though.

Seeing as there's a gap there begging to be filled, I'll take MAP06.

Dunno if I'll be doing more than one of these, probably not but we'll see.

Pick a slot, lol. I'm having a hard time picking a slot for people. There is no general theme, but I suppose people try to mimic the corresponding level style from Doom II. Example, MAP21-MAP29 will most likely be hell-themed and MAPs 01 to 07 are based-themed. Take your pick depending on your mapping style.

Just Pm'd you my submission, for Map11? But it could fit anywhere really, particularly techbase/non hellish.

God that was a pain. Converting to UDMF from DOOM2 format didn't just necessitate changing linedef numbers. Turned my whole bloody map into a literal hall of mirrors. Lol.

User: Vostyok
Map Name: Ghosts Of Mars
Music: D_COUNTD (custom track by Glaice/Mr.Chris)
Slot: MAP11
Format: UDMF

MAP11 it is. I played it, it's a fine map. There is no linear increase in the difficulty, as that's usually hard to accomplish in projects such as these. And the themes aren't very connected, either, so it doesn't really matter which slot you take. This is my first project, after all, and little planning went into it. I'm ok with how it's going atm, though.
