I can't see those pics. Do I have to be logged in to Skulltag to see them?
Anyway, perhaps related, I am reminded of this that I did this a little while back to augment the warning signs I found in another mod (DE I think) and, of course, the Doom originals.

I just noticed the the DE signs are slightly different to the Doom originals so I quickly redid them, and my biohazard one, to tie in with the originals a bit better. So, here they are with the originals as reference:
Oh, and I couldn't resist adding this - a warning sign for all those crushers in Doom maps.

Don't know if it is of use to anyone but I made some symbol-only versions of the other signs too. They might be handy if you are doing something where having English on your signs is inappropriate.

This reminds me of the time when I was trying to put those "Carol didn't wear her safety goggles" signs in a laboratory map I was working on years ago.

From a distance, I couldn't tell if the figure in the crusher sign was Yoshi or a Lemming.
