This was asked many months ago - the outcome, if I remember, was that going standalone would require the removal of all the cameo reels (generally enemies, but a lot of weapons as well) in order not to upset the copyright gods, who would be much more likely to pounce upon the project if it were playable without being a mod of an existing game. Considering that's about 75% of the mod that needs replacing in that instance, that's effort nobody particularly wants to make.
I wasn't thinking they'd go and take all the copyrighted stuff with them into the standalone game. It would lose a bit of its charm that way... but I was talking about the main mechanic of the game (using reels to determine environmental modifiers, weapon spawns, and monster spawns), and taking the original ideas too (such as the Quantum Cannon and its bizzare effects). The core mechanic by itself is great enough to be a game. There would need to be some figuring out of what to replace the 75% of the not-so-original stuff with, but it should be a bit easier, considering that the game is fairly goofy in its execution.

They make sense to me, but I don't know that it makes it any better: just going by the replies in this thread, he's constantly requesting people make stuff instead of learning to make it himself.

Sometimes the music doesn't play. Just never. It never plays. It might be something to do with the current GZDoom version, but I thought I should mention it.

I just played a few rounds on a few maps and did not see this problem. Could I please have more information?
Again, it may be the Git build I have, but on some rounds when there are a lot of objects on the map, the music doesn't play. It's actually pretty complicated to describe.
