I was referring to you just then, you know. Why you would even entertain the thought of someone being able to do something of the sort, because it's just not possible for all the reasons I explained. There is no money involved because he gets no money and would get no money. No one would get money because it would never get to court, because there's no case.

Issue a C&D over a mod of a game (said mod containing features that have been in the industry for nearly 20 years) to a company that owns the rights to the game he's modding, a mod that uses tons of code made by other people with resources ripped from other games and drawn by other artists, some even from other games owned by the company he's C&D'ing. Then issuing a C&D to a different mod not containing anything by him for a game he owns nothing of based on a game he owns nothing of for the sake of reclaiming lost income he doesn't get.

What compels you to even?
