Well heres my second version, using the vanilla Doom face. Cleaned up the coloring and made a few edits. Turned out perfect I think.

Gently Swaying tree:
Original from turbosquid, edited by printz in a 2011 zdoom thread
Spoiler:
Here's the tree in action:

Using this for Doom64, as I can't do custom sprites or DECORATE, I made an ANIMDEF with 2 different speeds of swaying, and 4 intersecting linedefs. Its very high to avoid texture wrap in a high area.

If anyone knows any good animated tree or bush textures, I'd love to know them!

Amazing graphics and swaying animation. But what's with the big sized images with one small tree sprite?

Its to avoid the texture wrapping in a high area. I probably should have trimmed before posting here... considering sprites dont wrap, but perhaps my fellow Doom64 mappers will be able to use them in a similar fashion

The pickup sprite's not the prettiest thing, but it will do.

Spoiler:
With the sky, the gentle, yet unnerving music, and this tree, this would be something I'd love to see put into something. I've loved Doom 64 since I was a baby (3 actually :/) and this would have added some atmosphere to a few of the levels.

It will be going in the first map of my Doom64 mapset, which I'll be building next. I have 5 maps complete so far if you want to check them out:

Finally, that PDA is useful for more than just listening to other people's dumb audio blogs.

Face from a this spooky wallpaper site: http://www.haeaty.com/horror-wallpapers-new-2015.html

Made using the planet tool and render lava tools in gimp as well as some layering and recoloring.
Spoiler: Original(REALLY FUCKING BIG)
Slight changes, most of the animations are done via offsets to make it bob. Going to recolor and add the Lost Soul flame so that it looks a bit like the Quad Damage powerup from the new Doom.

Looks like that secretly decoded face from the MARIO creepypasta. Do I dare even post the image for comparison? I'll probably get banned fast for it.
