I'd actually be interested if they made a hybrid DDR pachinko machine.

They now should make a pachinko that's themed on PES and maybe about their own lives as well.

Only time will tell if they'll make a Contra pachinko machine next.

Just like Reelism is predicting!

This is a standard practice in Japan. It shows how many people in the ultra-generalized west (for ease of use) have some sort of mental isseu around default buisiness deals in other nations. They have a pachinko and slot machine for nearly "everything".

Or maybe they could just try to make good games instead.

Not only that. I am not from the West, and I also find this excessive. Then again, I stopped caring for the series after they got for MGS5 a new voice actor without good reason and a COD-style health regen*.

*Yes, I know that the health regeneration was in MGS since 2, but it was very limited. In 2 it was partial and required Bandages or standing still for a few seconds. In 3, it was reliant on your stamina. And in 4 it required good emotional shape (do not look at me, I know it is nonsensical :? ). Also, in the two latter ones the regen was complete, but VERY slow, way too slow to rely on in boss battles - your only help there was the Life Medicine, which was much more rare than the Ration from previous games. Alright, enough of this rant...

Irony is, Konami recently released its financials for the fiscal year, and while profits are up, the pachislot division took a hit, and the divisions that saw an uptick in profits were the console & mobile games divisions. Cue Konami execs & PR people making assurances they're trying to 'win back trust'.
