If I remember correctly, those are the hitscan puffs from Heretic's tomed Dragon Claw; you might want to get them out of the WAD if you want them more complete to layer underneath a smaller gun sprite.
I must confess, I really like the look of the CyClones pistol as a two-handed weapon. Makes it feel larger than it did in its source game.

Took the model from the TF2 mod, but textures didn't load in Noesis.

if you could get that with some lower contrast so all the whites don't blur together...
(also at a slightly less steep angle)
