Or you can just put the sprites on a black background and use additive RenderMode.cortlong50 wrote: then drop them all into your wad in slade. highlight them all, then right click and hover over "gfx". from there click "convert to" just do "transparency from brightness". it will take out the white background and now youll have them ready to go.
