Credits go to: Onslaught Six for the bottom of the shotgun, and inspiration. Midway for the original sprites, and the ssg sprite that this is based on.

Part of the whole reason I made mine in the first place was I couldn't find a good looking "short" shotgun. I also didn't even touch the bottom of the sprite, that's straight from the Coachgun on R667.

It looks good though.

He looks to me more like he has strange, long, mutant tentacle-like arms.

Havin an energy drink surge today. What Ive been fiddling with (A) got pissed with B so skratched it

Any thoughts on A? Not sure if im nailing it all the way.
Again with the 1911? Lol when I have a fluke, I have a fluke. Not gonna give up on this model quite just yet. Worst case scinario Ill just use this frame for reloading-mag discharge.

A is OK, but the angle is too far out, here is how its looks when the image is flipped over.

Needs to be a little more centered just like your 1911 pistol to look right, unless someone else thinks differently?
Edit: Do keeping working on this machinegun, I like it!

Upper arms are too long. Go for the best reference - cross arms yourself and take a look in the mirror. :)

Just cut his arms at his elbows level and paste them with his shoulders... This lazy-surgery should work in my opinion. :)

Now his forearms look shriveled and small.
Mr. Clean over there kind of really sells you all the guidelines on how to do it, and his forearms certainly don't look small and dark - as if Doomguy has mysteriously forced his arms into the position his ribs used to be.

The arms are an improvement, but the lower portion of his body... it doesn't look quite right. :?
