the model actually converted pretty well to doom's palette after doing it, it just needs that extra push to make it truely doomy

It's a little too narrow; Doom's aspect ratio will make it look way too tall.

nothin a bit of proper stretching can do, couple pixels to each side should do just well

EDIT: and if anyone's willin, heres the base. I did some stretching to it on another file and even then the stretching pulled out pretty well

Wow, how much big should it be if the head has the same dimension as all the face texture in MAP30? xD
