Maybe it's just the cyan and the use of SHAWN+GRAY textures, but this gives me a huge "Arctic Zen" vibe.

This mod looks pretty cool.. Wait, was that already said?.. Well.. It looks awesome, then.. Wait.. That too?..
I like your wad.. ... Yeah, that covers it..
Now.. If it had some serene-but-chilling music, I could really get into this..

This looks very awesome! Not enough snow or ice themed maps out there...

I cannot imagine how this area will be at all navigable, possibly to the point of intense frustration. Also, light does not behave this way.

Speaking of music, this project actually looks a lot like something I'd imagined when I first listened to Nightwish's Dark Passion Play.Squishybrick wrote:Now.. If it had some serene-but-chilling music, I could really get into this..
In particular:
Spoiler:EDIT: Now that you mention it spoilering these things sounds like a good idea! :V

Àbsolutely awesome shots, though the darker shots suffer some contrast in lights

This looks absolutely stunning. Can't wait!
As for music, I looked at those wilderness shots and immediately though of this*.
*Planning on half-inching it myself at some point, so be warned

Though, this shot has an incredible depth... maybe add some kind of item/weapon to the player, that illuminates the areas around him with some light?darkhaven3 wrote:

I must ask about that second screenshot... Why do techbase builders of the future have this obsession with spotlights that barely illuminate the room save for a tiny circle on the floor?

Re: Winter's Fury: An Archvile brought it back.
I can only assume the UAC contractors first installed a few lights before realizing that they somehow had no effect, and then in their frustration decided to try stuffing the surrounding ceiling with as many extra lights as they possibly could in hopes of solving the problem once and for all.InsanityBringer wrote:I must ask about that second screenshot... That screen reminds me of tricks and traps a little. Somewhat similar layout, but yours is much nicer!

This looks really, awesome. I was going to make a really lame "looks cool" pun, but looks like I was beaten to the chase.
Aw fuck it! This looks really cool!
