Lots of the normal enemies are "nude not equipped" so I don't think that what this person's after, at least I think.

Why would demons have genitalia? If demons have genitals, it means that they are natural biological species, which would court, mate, and rear cute little cubs. It'd follow that you'd see them on adorable and endearing pictures on CuteOverload.com and ICanHasCheezeburger and then Doomguy would be sued by PETA.

Fortunately, demons are instead the supernatural embodiment of evil and hatred, and they are created out of flames by the blasphemous thoughts of a demon stuck in a wall. So they don't need any reproductive organ.

Demons do not mate or born - they need to be imagined by human beings, especially Christians or the Church, and THEN they come to life all of a sudden :D this is how demonz were born y'know :D

Mhm... Demons should have genitalia, but not the demons we are shooting here. If ya go with the Bible, demons are fallen angels, and we're made to look like angels, so demons should look like us: human. They'd probably be a little messed up after a life of crime and all that though. Demons are definitely into the whole rape/lust thing, at least they are when they possess people.

Of course Doom is total fantasy so it's totally up to interpretation. I'd personally go with having them anatomically correct as it seems more realistic and lines up with what they are about.
