Bumpy bump. Some more screenshots posted elsewhere.

Someone wants to mention this on a show (g4tv, never heard of it) and they've asked for some more gameplay footage so I'll probably have a new video up soon.

G4TV is an infamous faux-nerd channel. Think the MTV of video games. Three cheers for your soon-to-be ephemerous fame among XBL 13-year-olds who know nothing of the franchise !

G4TV? Really? Cutman, trust me, that's great! Ignore Lioyd's pessimism, few people here would ever be satisfied with any given video game channel anyway. :P

Here in the states, that will DEFINITELY get you noticed.

I think the dude who emailed me was talking about a video on the website though, I dunno. We don't have a video game channel here I don't think. I think the last video game related thing I saw on tv other than ads was Game Master, and that was just weeeeird.

And it appears to be near-universally panned in the comments on the article.

They seem to be like GROAN don't turn megaman into a fps you're killing him! But really it's not like this is the future for all mega man games, it's just a silly fan made project that you don't even need to bat and eyelid at if you don't like the look of it. But as always, this is the internet and people love letting everyone know how they feel :violin:

Well the guy in the article liked it. He thought SRB2 and Metroid Prime were pretty cool too.

More screenshots and video up.
Spoiler: Screenshots
*You may be confused at what you're seeing, but it's a skin selector room complete with Roll who comments on your new look.

And here's Hard Man's stage being created and played. If you have no interest in the map making process, go ahead and fast forward to near the end. I thought it was pretty mesmerising. :trippy:

Announced the demo version to be release at Screwattack SGC in July.

I’m releasing a demo for use in the LAN room of the Screwattack Gaming Convention. The demo is a fully playable version of the game containing 4 maps, 4 characters and over 10 different weapons to try out. As I won’t be attending the event (unfortunately), look out for testers MugenMidget and PressStart who will be distributing the demo and setting people up (hopefully playing it too!) with MM8BDM.
In other news, even more screenshots here: http://cutstuff.net/blog/?p=2098

I feel saddened I wasn't made aware of this earlier... I might have tried to go, maybe seen if some other Texans were gonna go and then I could have run into them as well!

Also, every time I think I've done something to get put on equal terms someone comes out and does something extraordinary. You're all awesome, never stop growing.

Heh, SGC? I think I was actually planned to go with a few people (note the use of "planned," not "planning"), though that fell through the cracks at some point or another. It might actually be worth going though, now, especially considering how close it is. :P

That makes one potential Texan, at least.
