Zblood v4 [abandoned?]

Projects that have specifically been abandoned or considered "dead" get moved here, so people will quit bumping them. If your project has wound up here and it should not be, contact a moderator to have it moved back to the land of the living.

The thread was bumped by over a year by somebody not related to the project. I doubt that it's still actively being worked on.

I can't believe I didn't comment on this yet seeing I've seen this video about 4 times but jesus christcrackers...
This looks so complete it's already release-able.

Atleast release the bleedin' thing so other people can pick it up and expand on it before it dies completely (again -.-).

You do know there is a link to it in the first post of this topic, right? You can download it right there. All I see that's different between the released version right now and the video is that instead of Tchernobog being the boss at the end of the level it's been replaced by Cerberus.

actually, the pitchfork is more swift, it has a more blood-like sbar, new maps, tesla cannon, zombies cannot be hit when their down etc etc

I have now obtained a copy, I don't know if I should leak it since it was given to him for beta testing.
But I played both versions and 4.2 is more enchanced then 4.1.

As for the monsters, we have more accurate Blood enemies in my HeXen Confliction wad.

I wonder if they will ever add the 'rising out of grave' thing
And the insta-kill zombies are no fun either


I ponder how to make the flare sprite stay longer, AND cause damage...

How about registering an enemies Health, then make it drop x ammount, remove the flare, add a new flare, then drop x ammount again (Seeing as it glitches over time, I read it somewhere else, why not make it respawn a flare?), then remove the entire flare thing if: The enemy has burst into flames or when the flare 's timer / max Health deduction ran out...


Just thinking... it's probably a stupid idea anyway, but I remember doing stuff like that for Half-Life, quick bug fixing.

Besides, I'm already working... or rather 'worked for' Hypertension.
If I spent half a second more time chatting on here I'd get fired on the spot. Stupid-asshat-boss.
So imagine how that'd look if I were to do this mod thing.
