now all's we need is the PsyGirl...(right... i bid good luck I would find it hard to find any base sprites and what not) but i hope, i hope... :)

The full set's done, though I'm going to keep those hidden for now... hands off, gentlemen. ;)

For PsyGirl's player sprites, I was thinking of "just" basing it off Weasel's Jacket-Diaz (Connor) skin, if that's okay. The final product will look quite different, naturally, but there's just no good Strife character set to really base her sprites on, seeing how lazy I am to finish those other ones I posted way back.

Well, I'll get that part done eventually. In other news, I've just added something top-secret and fixed a few menu glitches (the 1-tic update delay) while I was at it. Oh, and Plasma is green now, with a balls-awesome new explosion effect. Not to brag at all, of course. :P

I just thought that I would have a download of this and try it out. :) I must say that the guns seem pretty strong. Especially the starting ones. I did better with those than the rest of them XD. I like the shop though! That's pretty cool. :) I also love the Sonic style money bouncing on the floor. :) It's almost like Ratchet and Clank this thing. :P

I did try to do the E4M1 challenge, but Zdoom crashes when you press New Game with Doom 1 with r2004. :S

EDIT: I will say that those starting pistols are by far the best weapons in this mod. I didn't use psychic abilities or anything, just spammed the starting pistols, and was doing very well. XD

EDIT2: But no more crashing with Doom 1 with r2012... so whatever it was, it's gone now. ():) I finished E4M1 on skill 4 on the second try, by forgoing buying blue armour and just sticking with soul spheres.

So I've been using this to play through Plutonia, and I must say I'm having a lot of fun. It's blatantly DMC-inspired, but that's not a bad thing in the least bit. It just makes me wish there was a more extensive melee system, heh.

Also, I lol'd at ZA WARUDO in the trailer. I'll have to try that time freeze thing.

It's clearly a marvelous mod. I just waited, like 4 hours on my comp. refreshing every minute to get the release. :lol:
However, i don't get the point of the nightmare omega gun. Even fully upgraded, it does low damage. Even my pistols do more. What's this about? Has it some kind of special ability :?:
(i know the charging feature, but it does'nt help much. )

The Nightmare O. is no good uncharged. Try using it in close quarters, especially in an enclosed area. The charged projectiles are powerful rippers and they bounce off of hard surfaces, easily clearing small rooms and corridors in one blast and maiming large enemies when fired point blank.

And yeah, what XutaWoo said--it helps recharge your psy meter. I use it all the time!

Have you seen the new Illucia sprites from skulltag? They're pretty awesome and really fun/easy to edit. :D

Beat some kid up and stole his custom doom maps from his BB Server?
Came back to 2004 and used Ye Olde ZDoom.
Transported to beginning of 2010.

As informative as your post was, I believe Psychic is purely a gameplay mod, so there are no new levels included. The screenshots on the first page (one of them I see you quoted) are probably demonstrations from multiple different levels. I don't know which exact level it is being shown in the screenshot above, but for all you know it could very well be from 1996 - however it isn't worth mentioning it here seen as it is not actually included in the project. Have you actually even played this?
