You know, CIF3 (community is falling 3 for the short-term impaired) has two of the D3: RoE characters as Dron and Edward. Dron's boss form is represented by the second mini-boss who gives berserker power. Edward's is the what I like to call the Mancubus's replacement with the tv screen showing the teeth.

It's not a Mancubus replacement, because there IS a mancubus in Doom 3. It is called a Bruiser.

A friend of mine pointed those out, but he said they were model rips (which we're not doing) with only one rotation (which we're certainly not doing).

PrznDoom and I agreed to divide the Bruiser between us. I'll do the copy/paste work, and he'll do the details.

Not saying that looks bad, but I think you should continue working on PrznDoom's older Bruiser. It looks way more monster-specific. Just fix the horn shading and you're good to go...

It's just the first phase. I think they'll change the head later, and the screen is certainly an integral part of the monster.

I think the guns may be too shiny, they look like they're gold, rather than painted yellow, like in Doom 3. Other than that, a nice use of available resources.

Yeah, guns need to be desaturated a hefty lot, and the tip of the guns are gray metal, not yellow.

Ya its shiny, but don't worry the bruiser won't have soft hands after boot, lol (i herd its like hell!)

Thanks again Ghastly! Feel less clustered now :D.

I filled that void with this, but thankfully no complications were made, 2 base to my the real base so yeah.
Only thing I have a hard time is the neck and the feet...mostly neck, feet is just detail.

EDIT:
k quick check for the bruiser arm. Nothing fancy,
(you read this in the same voice of your eye doctor.)

Tell me which one is better, number 1 or number 2?

Yes, the head and screen will be added by PrznDoom later. I'm just assembling the rest of it, at the moment. As for the slightly desaturated cannons, I think the #1 set works better, but I'll wait until other people given their input, before I start again.

By the way, can someone try to get a screenshot of it from behind? NoTarget and spawn monster_demon_d3xp_bruiser in the console, preferably in a well-lit area would be perfect. :)

I would help, but the downsides are that for some odd reason I can't take screenshots in Doom 3. :(

The Bruiser's back pretty much resembles the Baron's, except it has a cybernetic metal spine thing going on.
