Projects that have specifically been abandoned or considered "dead" get moved here, so people will quit bumping them. If your project has wound up here and it should not be, contact a moderator to have it moved back to the land of the living.

The hellsmith is over nine thousands.
what, nine thousands?!?
Sorry, I had to.
Back into the mod. I really hope you finish this, as serious and good Hexen mods are rare, and I love Hexen. I don't have the time at the moment to map, but if you need some kind of monster drop me a line, I'll see what I can do.
EDIT : Ok I'm tested them.I don't still find any differences.
Hellsmith has 8000 health in comparison to Apprentice's 4000 health. Hellsmith is more aggressive and one of its attack is more damaging; its Hellshot attack is the Doomsphere's version rather than the regular Hellshot. When pain state is activated, "shields" are up giving the Hellsmith temporary invulnerability, capability to reflect projectiles, and a recovery of me thinks 300 health. Oh, yeah, the STracer attack, the Hellsmith (every 15 degrees ) spawns almost twice as much as Apprentice (every 30 degrees), and Hellsmith has a cool looking Death state.
I don't know is this right place to ask but why I cannot put Hellsmith and Cyberdemon to infight?
It would be cool to see, while I know that Hellsmith will own the Cyberdemon in few seconds.
The Hellsmith only had 6000, and the Apprentice at 1/2 of that. o_o Also, the Hellsmith only has a 50% chance to activate the reflection shield. Depending on the health (1000 or less) of the monster, it will also summon 4 Sentinels (scripted) when it enters the pain state. Also, each time the shield is activated, 150 HP is recovered. When the Hellsmith Dashes, it's also invincible. However, the Soulleech can hurt the Hellsmith rather it's invincible or not.

The Hellforge Apprentice is ridiculously difficult. The Hellsmith is pretty much impossible to beat and Eriance did a demonstration of him killing 40 or so Cybruisers (essentially mini-Cyberdemons). IIRC one of the Hellsmith's attacks involves around 12 radial, homimg lines of fire that do well over 100 damage. Each.
He's on the AEOD wad...I believe I was playing AEOD with the Obituary wad and I ran into him in the later levels when I had a good enough arsenal to actually put up a fight. He still beat the shit out of me though...it took a few quicksaves to finish it up.That and he was in an Inclosed area so that might have worked towards my advantage.
I find that enclosed areas make him more difficult. It's better to try to lure him into as wide open a space as possible so you can dodge those fire-line attacks.
