So you got a problem with that Diehard Wolfer's place too, huh? Same here. That's why my Wolf3D mod is on a permenant hiatus. I don't get their paranoia dealing with third-party email accounts, namely gmail accounts, of all things.

I don't want to get anybody mad but this -can- be done by ACS / Decorate... its very simple..
Decorate for the weapons
ACS for the monster patroling.. (http://www.zdoom.org/zdkb/zdoom7.html)
Also ACS to set up the view height, grab the textures / sprites from Wolf3D and pop them in, and start coding.. that way, it'll save us 73 MB of copying / pasting the IWADS. (Seriously, I have so many DooM ports and DooM stuff, that my C:\Doom Folder has increased to 2GB). I like your idea, yeah.. but have you considered the 'go around making a source port' first?
