Hi all! It's been forever since i came here. This is because I've been working on "beyond horrorble" (lead by hardcore gamer) on the doomworld forums! I want some feedback on this and hope you like it! :)

That first shot reminds me of Zdaemon CTF, anyway, looks good, but maybe add some new textures?

The first one seems a bit squarish given all those parallel lines makes me want to see some kind of triangle, i.e., with the central column being higher than the walls around it. Maybe even an overhang of some sort over those walls would help. Also, there's a texture misaligned to the right of the central column.

I like the second shot. Very updated Episode 2, detailed enough to be interesting but not so detailed as to be confusing.

"Horrorble"?

Pretty fun map. I found several tiny issues though. Played on HMP.

-In the first secret, there isn't anything there.
-The rotating texture around coordinate 7, 1886 needs to be aligned
-At -3311, 1963, I think you should put something a bit stronger in the pit that rises.
-Several textures around the map are unaligned.

Also, make sure you get that yellow door and the very end of the map working. I enjoyed playing this map very much.

Note to self: Read the entire post before replying.

Pretty fun map! The sparse ammo at the start takes some getting used to, but it has yet to get dull for me. :D

Comments:

- Miscellaneous texture alignment issues, plus some weird things like 1).
- I'd change 2) so that the player can't access the teleporter. Seems a little unpolished the way it is now.
- I really like the monster placement.
- I recommend not going overboard with the area behind the yellow door - it's a fun map, but there can always be too much of a good thing. Besides, it's kinda hard to follow up after the blue key area.
