Organize options menu

Now that we have dozens of gameplay options and they go off the screen, I think that they should be organized into groups and be seperated by blank lines.

How about first things that affect DMFLAGS1 and then DMFLAGS2?

Maybe then by DM only stuff then glogal?

And maybe then how about ZDoom-specific stuff (freelook/jumping) and original doom stuff?
