IIRC, the missile graphics that the RPG used actually had 12 rotations. I'm not sure whether my memory got warped and created this piece of information, or if it's actually true, but I think I remember that being the case, for some reason.
EDIT: Ack, never mind. I'm thinking of ROTT's missile graphics. I have no clue how the hell I got the two confused.

It has 12. The pig cop flyer also has 12. Xaser was right, the rocket also has 12 rotations (AFAICT). Drones have 12.
