Has anyone ever done resources or a mod for Doom with birds?
And I don't mean custom monsters with birdliek features, but actual birds like crows or parrots or similar?

I don't know if it's of interest, but if you just want birds as scenry items, you might find boids interesting. I've set uf a few different "boids" for my own resources and they work really nicely.
There are definitely some crow sprites out there *somewhere* but I can't find them ATM. Maybe some kind soul will provide a link.

That was the idea, yes. So that will definitely be helpful. If I just can find some sprites ofc. Tried looking through this forum and google, but apparently didn't find any, so yes if there's someone out there who has some I'd appreciate it a lot.

I have some crow sprites and sounds. I think the sprites were edited from another game, originally by NeoWorm, and I've done a bit of work.

You might find something in The Spriter's Resource. A lot of the stuff there is quite cartoony/not doom in style, but it's always worth a look.

It's actually for an idea for Heretic, and I found one sprite there that could fit the purpose. Just trying out ideas in my head still and checking if there are resources that fit my ideas out there. So this is great help in that process. Super thanks!
