Blood bugs

I was playing Blood and I noticed some issues with the game. The 1st one was in hollowed ground; when I went for the super secret I kept dying from fall damage even though it doesn't usually do that, and even with the jump boots active I kept dying , so the only way I could make it was to turn god mode on. Another bug was in the haunting when I went for the super secret there too. I tried to crouch down to active the teleporter, but it didn't work even when I no cliped through it. The final wave of bugs was in the Post Mortem episode; Some of the textures were mess up like the shelves instead of having clothes on them they had the werewolf sprite all over them. the acid and flame pods were really mess up too; they weren't visible and the sprite were replace with some other miscellaneous texture. I haven't notice anything else so I tell you guys if there is something else.
