About the ammo thing, it will bug out with normal backpacks but you can bug it out even more! If a sister has the combat backpack it will give the increased capacity and the other sister can have an additional effect from a different backpack (e. g. Portia with a combat backpack and then switch to Terri and grab a nuclear backpack), if the other sister, Terri in this case, changes backpack and switches to Portia the ammo will bug out as normal halving it and can't be dropped with the special item dropper but can be swapped with other backpacks to get it working again. Still haven't found what bugs out the armor though, I've lost The Bee on time for not switching to it.
More oddities I've found with the Phase Sisters: If Portia has the full set of the Nuclear Powerarmor or Angelical armor (and was the last one to equip said armor and switched to Terri) it seemingly will grant a lot of protection to Terri even if she doesn't have any good protecting armor. On the same suspicion of switching, I've also completely negated blast damage with the set of Tactical Armor and switched armor out way later and to my surprise it was kept to both Terri and Portia (although I haven't really checked if I could replicate it).
An extremely rare bug can happen when you start with Portia and switch back to Terri, everything Portia has will transfer to Terri and will even overlap armor, when you switch back the game will crash. Can evade softlocking yourself not switching and exiting the map. Haven't really tested exiting the map with Terri having all the stuff though.

Time for another multiplayer exclusive bug report, Bunker seems to cause desyncs, and i think Ricochet Rockets seem to be the culprit, as they appeared around the time i starting using rocket weapons.
