Dude, i only registered to say it's one of the best doom wads i've ever played and that it deserves a lot more attention. Endless Madness is like Entropy: Zero series, but for doom shitposts.

Please make sure you're using MAD-VKDoom and not VkDoom or GZDoom. See the original post for download link.

That's exactly with the download links provided in the very first post.
Just redownloaded both and now it boots up fine. Weird.

New version of Endless Madness 2 v1.1.0 is now available! Link in the original post.

Most notable changes: first batch of story map fixes, redesigned New Game+ and improved Soul Merchant shop, bugfixes.

	This patch BREAKS COMPATIBILITY WITH SAVES from the following ENDLESS MADNESS 2 STORY MAPS (HUBS):
		EM201: Laboratory
		EM203: Shipyard
		EM205: Capital Wasteland
		EM207: Texas
		EM209: Utopia

		Transitioning save in Adventure mode will work with no issues.

	Highlights:
		New Game+ causes new and more tougher monsters to spawn
		New Game+ achievement for when you complete story mode on "Endless Madness" four times.
		Your confiscated inventory items and weapons are now restored when replaying story mode (New Game+)
		Story maps have been patched and improved
		Skill shop and general UI improvements
		New weapon: Chainsaw
		SuperShotgun and RiotShotgun proper weapon selection and automatic ammo switching if you run out of specific shell type
		Add backface culling to most models

It doesn't work.
Run the game with these additional parameters: +lm_max_updates 16 +em_gl_reflections 0

This will reduce the amount of lightmap tiles baked per frame and disable raytraced reflections.

Also, you're playing an older version of the mod. Version v1.1.0 is available.
