It's around 2 to 300 files of various famous and not so famous Doom 1/2/heretic/hexen Monsters.

Most are listed here in this thread but some are not.

Somehow these haven't shown up here yet: Handful of randomizers, including Silent Hill, Japanese Yokai, Serious Sam, and some more monsters

After actually TESTING these packs, they are not recommended. Probably the most mish-mashed, kit bashed mods I have ever played with, but maybe that's your thing?

Here are two better packs, both somewhat D64 oriented:

Both of them deviate quite a bit from the original bestiary (T64 moreso,) so these stand out compared other D64 monster replacers
