The Projects forums are only for projects. If you are asking questions about a project, either find that project's thread, or start a thread in the General section instead.
Got a cool project idea but nothing else? Put it in the project ideas thread instead!
Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.
Please read the full rules for more details.

Re: ReLite
Max Light is just a toggle that globally increases all lights. "Additive Darkness" is the most effective lighting value.Skrell wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2024 8:13 pmDo I increase or decrease these "limits" to increase overall lighting?Hey Doomer_ wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2024 5:04 amIn Light Globals, "Max Light" affects the range and strength of light sources, and doesn't globally affect brightness.
The GZDoom sector lighting mode also has an effect. You might want to test with "Bright" sector lighting.

Re: ReLite
Guys, does anyone know how to reset ReLite settings to default and when it should be put in the mod queue?

Re: ReLite
You can reset relite directly using the option in the configuration of the mod. Just leave as "off" and start a new game or exit and start doom again.
I think you can load relite after most of your mods. I leave a few of them load after relite but with no particular reason and works great.

Re: ReLite
Yes, I reset it through this settings point, but not everything returned as it was, and then somehow it happened on its own, strange in general.
And also, can you tell me, does ReLite work stably in the GZDoom co-op and does it work at all? Because my brother and I tried to launch it in our co-op build and it crashes with an error.

Re: ReLite
So, I was playing through TNT using Relite and PB and this happened when trying to go to "MAP17: Processing Area".
