Contrary to popular belief, we are not all-knowing-all-seeing magical beings!
If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.
We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

Because if i can play doom eternal at 4k max settings and never go below 60 FPS then it can't be a hardware issue because i don't think GZDOOM or KEX engine is more intensive than id tech 7 is it?

As I said before, GZDoom and KEX exercises different components in your computer - the CPU, rather than the GPU.
And as I also said, seeing only fractional CPU usage does not tell the whole story. The CPU is multiple cores and if a single core bottlenecks it will still only show partial usage. Just as a simple illustration of what I mean, if Core 1 of a dual-core CPU is 100%, then the total usage will show 50%. If Core 1 of an 8-core CPU is 100%, then the total usage will show 12.5%.

How to send a capture to show you want every core is doing when the freeze happens because i don't see 1 core hitting 100% when it happens maybe a little over 50% but i don't think that would cause it to freeze would it?

Re: How to make a demo on gzdoom
Okay i think i figured it out possibly i was looking around the system and saw that GZDOOM's priority was set to low when i set it to normal it seemed to fix it and i saw no freeze when i started GZDOOM apparently when set to low priority it don't get the Resorces it needs fast enough i guess.
I'll make a new thread if the freezing comes back.
