Unlikely to finish this, an attempt to recreate the BFG from a photo of the same toy gun id used. possibly useful to someone.

EDIT:

Weapon made from a combination of 2 different toy guns, one of whihc was shaped like a horse. The tips of the barrels on either side are from scratch though, was easier to make that from scratch than it was to try and coax the photo into looking convincingly like a gun barrel.

Looks promising. But you might need to distort tubes so that they appear round.

I started working on giving the spiked gauntlets from Hexen bigger spikes by using the pointed end of the axe. Not too great with shading, but here's what I have so far. I plan to get the spikes on more frames later.

Looks great.

I think if anyone was using them as an upgrade to the gauntlets, they may want the knuckles spikes back for consistency. Just trying to think how they might be used in mods.

I can't say i understand but I like rainbow explodey things. Is there specific palette in use which has all those colors on it?

it reminds me that I need to make a bunch more blasty effects.
