Forwarding this for a friend, he has gotten this crash a number of times now. He is using Project Brutality, but their devs have stated it's GZDoom-related and should be forwarded here for fixing. This happens on both the latest stable and dev builds.

Please construct and post a simple demo whenever possible for all bug reports. Please provide links to everything.
If you can include a wad demonstrating the problem, please do so. Bug reports that include fully-constructed demos have a much better chance of being investigated in a timely manner than those that don't.
Please make a new topic for every bug. Don't combine multiple bugs into a single topic. Thanks!

Re: 4.13+ Crash Report
He says walking through tons of charred corpses is what can cause it. Would it be the effects causing it?

Re: 4.13+ Crash Report
A minimal reproducible example is something we can load up, run and immediately get a crash. Preferably doing as little else as possible to make it easier to debug. "Load up Project Brutality, play long enough to produce a tons of charred corpses and then maybe it will crash" is not it.

We're not trying to be overly demanding - but the real honest truth is, bug fixing such as this is a bit of a cooperative effort and it does take a little bit of tit for tat from both sides. This is the nature of the beast - we can't fix what we can't see, it'd be the same in any other skill set - especially with a project as complex as GZDoom.
