Crispy Doom Esc Cosmetic Changes

What im talking about are these:
- Randomly mirrored corpses
- Show Kills, Items, and Secrets above status bar
- Weapon recoil effects
These are some of my favorite cosmetic changes in crispy and i would love to see them added to gzdoom.

All of those can be implemented as mods, so they're probably not going to be put directly into the engine.
