Stale overlay lingers

Steps to recreate:
  1. Start new game
  2. Go to Automap Options
  3. Set Overlay automap to Overlay Only
  4. Resume gameplay
  5. Press TAB to overlay automap
  6. Go back to automap options and turn overlay automap off
  7. Resume gameplay
  8. Observe overlay automap is still activated
Tested with Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders
