UPDATE:

firing animation
the slow spinning one looks really good but something seems off to me about the fast one. I think it might need motion smears or some other directional movement indicator so that it can be visually tracked better. or maybe my system (or my eye-set) just isn't refreshing the view for each frame properly, and perhaps that would be different in the actual game than in a browser window, though I tried it in aseprite with the extra space cropped out and still got the same impression.

This is supposed to go with a mini-wad that adds mini-bosses to Doom similar to the Marauder, which lets you fight against one of the seven deadly sins in the map spawn at random.

But yeah, go ahead, you can use it too.

work in progress on a hand ninja for my goons stuff + all your sneaky ninja needs.
comes with good old katana or Uzi in walking or more tactical ready position (final version will have red, grey and green translation versions)

credits are Strife peasant and Doomjedi.

haven't finished all the rotations yet but should be done soon (ran out of time today)

I went ahead and cut out BJ from one of the ending screens of Spear of Destiny and edited it to make it look like Doomguy.

Also had an idea for a new plasma type weapon. Edited it from a prototype gun, the beta BFG, the plasma rifle and some hacx guns.

For some reason I thought the twitching impaled zombie corpse should come alive when approached and attack the player... so I gave him a pistol. (Used JoeyTD's pistol zombie for this edit.)

-and before anyone else points it out, the grenade launcher shouldn't have a muzzle flash, but it helps to spot when he's shooting.

finally finished this guy as well. same guy but with ballistic mask and minigun

credits: Doom2 Idsoftware, David G (ItsNatureToDie), JoeyTD and TommyGalano5, Project Brutality/Skulltag minigun. no idea who made the mask sorry.
-he has no pain sprite but aim or spawn will work because you don't see his face.
