No, sorry, it's meant to be a prop, and props commonly do not have rotations.

That's such a beautiful chaingun. Good job!

I've frankensprited a gun from some of the prototype rifles, the shotgun and the plasma rifle. Also tried to do that weird shading that can be seen on the pistol and the supershotgun with those brownish, tan and oil green colors.
